Darrin Griffiths, EdD, works as an assistant professor (limited duties) at Western University and is a sessional instructor at OISE/University of Toronto for
the Master of Education degree. Darrin is a retired elementary school principal who worked in numerous schools in Hamilton and Toronto, Ontario. His research interests are connected to educational leadership, equity, and social justice.
